Practice Areas
Divorce
Divorce is emotionally, financially and legally complex. One mistake can lead to a lifetime of regret. You need an experienced divorce attorney to protect you in all areas including legal and physical custody, visitation, child support, alimony and division of assets (including business interests and inheritance).
Post-Divorce, Modifications, and Contempts
Unfortunately, a divorce does not guarantee that your troubles with an ex-spouse are over. If you’re owed money from your former spouse, they aren’t adhering to the terms of your divorce, your parenting schedule isn’t working or you are paying too much in support/alimony, call us – we know exactly what to do.
Estate Planning
You can’t take chances when it comes to protecting your family. Whether your goals include making sure children are cared for, providing for a disabled family member, preserving family assets, keeping a family business intact, minimizing tax liability or avoiding probate, we have the expertise to create the plan you need.
Prenuptial/Postnuptial Agreements
A Prenuptial Agreement protects you in the case of divorce from or the death of your future spouse. If you have a house, retirement benefits or other assets, are a business owner, have been married before, have children, expect inheritance or are forfeiting earning potential to accommodate the marriage, talk to us.
